Promotional
sales are a wonderful way to generate cash flow, new
customers and liquidate old inventory. They are a quick
fix to get cash in your store. The best time to have a
promotional sale is right before a busy
time.
I have
done numerous liquidation sales where the owner spent a
few thousand per week just in consulting fees, when I was
working for a retail consulting company. You can now get
the same results for much less in San
Antonio.
You have
two choices. We can plan a promotional sale for you, but
leave you to run it. The second option is for us to be on
site for your sale. We suggest running your promotional
sale 2-5 weeks.
A few
owners may be able to run a successful promotional sale,
but most would have mediocre results. For example, most
owners have ads that do not draw
traffic.
Pricing
If we set
up the promotional sale plan for you including the
advertising, it will be $750 if 4 weeks or less. If you
want us to include a 5 page website with free hosing for
2 years, the total price will be $850 for
both.
If the
promotional sale is over 4 weeks, the price will be
$1,000 and if you include the website, it will be
$1,100.
If you
want us on your premises, you would have to committ to 2
weeks minimum. If we are there 20 hours a week, our fee
is $750 weekly and 40 hours, our fee is $1,250. These
prices are 50-75% less than what a retail consulting
would charge you.
